As a workaround I am using the keyboard via USB on one computer and Bluetooth on the other.

I also tried updating drivers via Device Manager, but it couldn't find any.Īny thoughts? This is super annoying. I tried going on the Logitech site to download drivers, but only found the G Hub software, which I already have. Tried restarting device (Esc>O>Esc>O>B or something.) Tried using the USB extender cable/adapter- Didn't work. Uninstalled devices from Device Manager and restarted computer- Didn't fix. Installed the newest version of G Hub- Didn't fix. Moved my keyboard Lightspeed adapter from my hub to directly into my laptop- Didn't fix. For about 3 weeks it worked fine, and to this day the mouse still works like this but the keyboard just doesn't. It's probably worth mentioning that I have historically had both the Lightspeed USB dongles (Is that what they are called?) connected to a USB hub and would regularly move the hub between my work laptop and my personal laptop by moving the hub's USB connection between devices.

I love both of them, but my keyboard is currently only working over Bluetooth or USB cable. I bought a Logitech G915 keyboard and G502 mouse on the same day about a month ago.
